						FORMULA
						#29: SOMStarter
						Rule

A pitcher with 33 starts must have
						at least 190 innings.

						     A
pitcher with 32 starts must have at least 193.3 innings.

						     A
pitcher with 31 starts must have at least 196.7 innings.

						     A
pitcher with 30 starts must have at least 200 innings.
A pitcher with 29 starts must have at least 220 innings.

						FORMULA
						#30:  BATTER'S BALLPARK SINGLE EFFECT (AVG=10)  when
using ">", the Ballpark Single Effect (shown on a
hitter's card), add 0.5 hit for each chance baring a "."
symbol.  If ">" is present, usually 5 ">" are present.
If present, add 2.5 hit to the BATTER'S HIT.
FORMULA #31: BATTER'S BALLPARK HOMERUN EFFECT (AVG=10) when using "#", the Ballpark HOMERUN Effect, add .5 hit and 10 HOMERUN to FORMULA #6: BATTER'S HOMERUN somHR for each chance where "#" (a ball park homer) is present. And Finally -- "Is "3" is the new "2"?" So, I'm playing with my Daily Data players, and I look up the following question - Who are the new/unknown 2016 batters in my NETPLAY league with over 200 at bats. The sort resulted in 30 players. When I sorted (using the Player PULLDOWN MENU choosing Sort Players) by lowing the Fielding Rating to a "2" or better, only 1 player - 31yr old Darwin Barney - survives. I know leagues can be progressive about having youth, but none - like no one? Heh! The Daily Data is now creating standards we get to watch and analyze as a new way (in real time) to see Strat-O-Matic cards develop! There is no way I won't be buying this Daily Data feature again this year!!!
