Wolfman: I want to thank Tom Berg, who is also a great photographer in his own right, for introducing me to his friend Carl Kidwiler. I am so delighted to give to our members this change to see photographs of some of the most well known Major League Baseball players to grace the game, photos that people don't know that exist. These two friends are working together to preserve this pictures via their company, The Golden Age of Photography. So with out further adieu, Carl welcome to the Ultimate Strat Baseball Newsletter. Carl, have you always been interested in Sports? What are you favorite sports. Which baseball team did you root for and who were some of your favorite players? Carl: I have always been interested in football and baseball. My favorite teams were the New York Yankees. My favorite players were Mickey Mantle, Whitey Ford and Yogi Berra. Wolfman: Carl did you play baseball when you were younger and if so, what was your best position? Carl: I played in little league and in college; my best position was the outfield.

So when did you decide you wanted to become a photographer and
take pictures of sports events?
Wolfman:
Can you tell us a bit more about your professional work as a
photographer. Are there any pictures you taken that you are
known for?
Wolfman: How then did you meet Tom Berg? Carl: Tom and I met at Giants Stadium over 20 years ago.

Carl, why did you decide to purchase the negatives of these old
photos depicting baseball players?
Wolfman:
Which photos do you have that are your favorite? What is your
ultimate goal for collecting these negatives of such old
baseball pictures? Carl: The public has never seen many of my baseball negatives.
